The salesmen are motivated to collect the receivables from the customers to be able to invoice repeated orders.

SALES EXECUTIVE

The basic requirement of any business is healthy sales. To fulfill our goals, we have full time 35 committed sales executives (Salesman) who visit the chemist assigned according to their areas.

They are entitled to a share in our profits in terms of commission on sales. And hence their interest is utmost in the volume of sales. The collection from the customers is their responsibilities and their sale to various customers depends only on their collections.

As the whole the basic structure of procuring the orders are performance based.

We aim to be a 200 people company with 50 sales men covering all aspects of Management & Administrative activities.

Our Turnover this financial year had touched Rs. 60 Crores & we aim at a sales turnover of Rs.200 by 2010.
